eSpaceListings Launched

As the City of Pickering prepares for significant economic growth, a new online tool will provide information on available commercial and industrial properties, offering welcome convenience while also allowing our Economic Development Office to broaden its marketing reach.  

eSpaceListings will provide site selectors, developers and real estate brokers with detailed information on available land and space within Pickering, including images, location maps and property details. Embedded in the Business Section of the City’s corporate website, the tool also offers convenient links to the real estate brokerage offering each site.

Additionally, properties will be featured on the eSpaceListings main website, which is viewed by an international audience. The inventory of available land and space is organized into the following 3 categories:

• Industrial space
• Office space
• Commercial/industrial land

Real estate brokers are encouraged to contact our Economic Development Office with information on current listings and/or any new properties that may have come available in Pickering. Properties that are 1,500 sq ft+ will be categorized and uploaded into the system.
